BACKGROUND

In the ancient world, there existed a malformed concept known as Phrike: a being so monstrous that it was locked in the deepest cells of Pandaemonium, and known to only a handful of warders. Erichthonios, son of Lahabrea, was the creature's handler -- and the sole individual that showed it kindness. Thus it was Erichthonios alone who escaped Phrike's wrath when it broke free during the Final Days.Before it could be sundered, Phrike's essence was violently pulled across time and space to a strange new world. It would eventually piece together that a powerful summoner had somehow called upon it in a desperate ploy to create a friend. The summoner perished in the attempt, and Phrike was "reborn" into her body.Enraged, terrified, and grieving for reasons it could not understand, it scoured the summoner's belongings for clues as to its new purpose. It still hasn't found a satisfying answer. Until such a time comes, they have decided to try on a new persona... and try living in the world that was so excited to meet them.

BB is a solitary being who finds contentment in the simple things: reading, exploring the universe, and battling interdimensional gods. Much like their predecessor, they possess a deeply curious mind; and as a scholar in their own right, they've contributed greatly to Etheirys's understanding of ichthyology. The sea is their most beloved sight.
